The city of Kingston announced several street closures and parking limitations in connection with the filming of an HBO production.
Wurts Street, from West Pierpont Street to the Wurts Street Bridge, will be closed to vehicular traffic from June 24-27 and July 1-2, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. during both stretches. The bridge itself will be closed around the clock during those dates.
From June 24-27 and again July 1-2, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. during both stretches, there will be no on-street parking on the following streets:
- Wurts St. (both sides) between Abeel St. and Pierpont St.
- Wurts St. (both sides) between Pierpont St. and McEntee St.
- Abeel St. between Wurts St. and Hone St.
- Abeel St., between Hone St. and Ravine St.
- West Union St. between Wurts St. and Post St.
- West Union St., from Wurts St. to 65 West Union St.
According to the Daily Freeman, the production stars Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant and is called “The Undoing.” It is the second HBO series to film locally this year; the other is a miniseries starring Mark Ruffalo called “I Know This Much Is True.”
