The Hudson Valley seems to be lucky of late. Two weeks after a local woman hit the Win-for-Life jackpot at a Modena Stewart’s, a Catskill man won $1 million with a Powerball ticket.
The lucky man, whose name was not given, will receive a ceremonial prize check at the Smoker’s Choice in Catskill, where he purchased the ticket.
