Following a complaint, Floyd Osterhaudt, 39, of Saugerties and Britny L. Malloy, 38, of Ruby were arrested by Saugerties police on May 15 at around 8:20pm on charges of criminal trespass in the 3rd degree.
Each was processed at the police department and taken for arraignment in CAP court.
