Multiple drunk driving arrests made by state police in Ulster County

Intoxicated Marlboro driver crashed into patrol car, caused minor injuries, say police

Between March 1 and March 3, 2025, State Police made four arrests for aggravated driving while intoxicated in Ulster County.

On March 1, Ronald Roque, 34, of Rocky Point, NY, was stopped on State Route 299 in Lloyd. He was found to have a BAC of 0.18% and charged with Aggravated Driving While Impaired. He is due in Lloyd Court on March 25.

On March 2, Drew S. Montgomery, 21, of Hudson, FL, was stopped on Route 9W in Lloyd. His BAC was 0.19%, and he was charged with Aggravated DWI. His court date is April 1.

Later that morning, an 18-year-old male was arrested on Route 44/55 in Lloyd with a BAC of 0.21%. He is scheduled to appear in Lloyd Court on March 20.

On March 3, Heather M. Berryann, 46, of Kingston, was stopped on Greenkill Avenue. She recorded a BAC of 0.23% and was charged with Aggravated DWI. Her court appearance is set for March 31 in Kingston.
