With ICE raids spreading throughout the country and indeed our county, the Ulster Immigrant Defense Network has sprung to action to inform and defend undocumented immigrants. Along with Amnesty International Mid-Hudson, they’ll be hosting a very timely screening of Borderland, a critically-acclaimed film exploring the experience of immigrants “in the shadow of the border-industrial complex”. The film will be followed by a Q&A with filmmakers, who received the first-ever Art of Activism Award at the latest Woodstock Film Festival.
