The Woodstock Symphony Orchestra kicks off its 2024-2025 season this Saturday under the baton of conductor Mina Kim. The evening features Tchaikovsky’s epic and sweeping Symphony No. 4 in F minor and a performance of Grieg’s beloved Piano Concerto in A minor by internationally acclaimed Steinway Artist Katya Grineva, who proudly calls Woodstock home. Grineva, known for her emotive artistry and global performances, will play on a specially delivered Steinway grand piano. Adding a touch of generosity, Grineva’s “Katya Concerts for Kids” initiative will welcome local students to experience this dramatic night of classical music.
