New Paltz rental registry in effect

Village of New Paltz property owners have been doing this for years, but now landlords in the rest of New Paltz are also expected to have their income-producing properties registered. The registration process involves an annual safety inspection of each rental unit. Information about the registry can be found on the town’s web site under the building department.
