New Paltz girls’ volleyball team falls to Highland in season finale

The New Paltz High School varsity volleyball team saw its Fall 2 season come to an end as it fell 3-1 to Highland in the Section 9, Class B semifinals. Played at Highland on Monday, April 19, the game saw the Huguenots fall 25-23, 18-25, 25-14, 25-16. 

Francheska Geminiano led New Paltz with 15 kills, while Alex Frenza (11 kills, 5 blocks), Esve Mullins (28 assists, 5 aces), Lauryn Ronk (17 digs) and Lily Sturgis (4 kills, 6 digs) all contributed.
