On Tuesday, November 17, State Police Ellenville arrested Etienne Dodge, 31, of Wawarsing for Criminal Possession Stolen Property 3rd degree, a felony, following an investigation into a stolen golf cart.
On November 5, state police received a complaint of a stolen golf cart stolen from a local business in Accord. The golf cart was valued at $5,000. After an extensive investigation and numerous interviews the golf cart was located at Lower Jennybrook Road in the town of Wawarsing on November 12. Additional investigation led troopers to Etienne Dodge.
Dodge was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Rochester Court on December 9 at 6 p.m.
