Two parolees living on Partition Street were found in possession of over 13 pounds of pot, 139 decks of fentanyl-laced heroin and a stolen, loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun on Oct. 18, according to a press release from the Ulster County Sheriff ’s Office and the URGENT Task Force.
When corrections officers and sheriff ’s deputies entered his residence, James Giuditta, 26, fled onto the roof of an adjacent building. He was taken into custody a “short time later,” along with 25-year-old Gina M. Julian.
Both were charged with the felonies of third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second- and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree criminal possession of marijuana, along with the misdemeanor of second-degree criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. The two were sent to Ulster County Jail pending a future court appearance.
