Town of Lloyd Police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate an armed robbery that occurred at approximately 3:16am on Tuesday, July 22 at the Sunoco at 3600 Rt. 9W in Highland.
Police say an unidentified male entered the gas station, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The man brandished the weapon and fired at least one round into the floor before absconding with an unspecified amount of money from the cash register.
Neither of the two other people who were in the gas station at the time were injured.
