According to state police, a 31-year-old Kingston man used a cell phone to take videos of his female co-workers using the workplace bathrooms at a Town of Ulster business.
Raul DeJesus Alarcon Martinez, said state police, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a Class E felony.
The restroom where the videos were shot was not open to the public, troopers said.
Martinez was arraigned by Ulster Town Justice Susan Kesick and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
