Town of Lloyd police reported the arrest of Highland resident Kevin Green, 40, on Monday, June 16. Green has 18 prior arrests, 5 prior felony convictions, and was on parole for charges related to possessing a weapon. He was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and 3rd degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies.
Green was remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail after being arraigned. He is scheduled to return to court on June 24.
New York State Parole and the Office of Special Investigations assisted Lloyd police in the investigation.
