After receiving an anonymous report of potential abused at the The Arc Mid‑Hudson (also known as Ulster County ARC) in Kingston, New York State Police arrested Ellenville resident Kimberly W. Kaiser, 36, under charges of endagering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the 2nd degree, a misdemeanor.
The Thursday, June 19 arrest stemmed from an investigation that started in May 2025. An anonymous source reported Kaiser hit a “43-year-old nonverbal disabled patient” while under her care.
Kaiser was processed at the State Police barracks in Ellenville without incident and was released, expected to return to court on July 2.
