Steven A. Bauch

Steven A. Bauch of Hurley, NY passed away on Tuesday, July 5th due to complications from surgery. He was born August 22, 1950, in Rochester NY to the late Theodore and Mary Bauch. He is predeceased by his sister, Kathy Odell and an infant son.

Steve graduated from Colgate University and earned a master’s degree from SUNY Oneonta. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ann and sons Patrick (Juliana), Sam, and a brother Michael.

Steve was employed by Crawford Door and Window, The Pella Window Store for 43 years. You may have been fortunate to have had his advice on windows that would bring sunshine and light into your home.

Steve enjoyed family, and huge holiday gatherings at his home that he designed. An avid fan of many sports, he enjoyed coaching his sons and watching their events. Steve was an avid reader and loved all kinds of music. He was a gentle, quiet person with a big heart and had a great concern for those less fortunate.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Saturday, July 16th from 10 am to 11:30 am at Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, NY 12401 to honor Steve’s memory.
