A 23-year-old Marlboro resident stands arrested and accused by law enforcement of having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female victim, according to an announcement by Ulster County Sheriff’s Office detectives and investigators on Thursday, Feb. 27.
Jonathan A. Aragon Perez was taken into custody in response to an investigation that began on Jan. 29, 2025, when police received the report of a rape of a juvenile. Police indicated they have evidence of the criminal offense having occurred on Jan. 18, 2025.
Perez was charged with five counts of felony Rape in the Third Degree, as well as the misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was sent to court, arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail, with a future court date pending.
