Parents know a good family-friendly event can often be hard to find. No such problem this Saturday, as the Saugerties Library Fair is ready to supply fun for the whole family. A small carnival will be set up, various farm animals will be trotted out for petting, and many faces will be painted. There will also be a book, plant and bake sale. Visitors will be dazzled by illusionist Tommy Bake, and Saugerties Sings will be on hand to lead a sing-along. Diaz Ambulance will be handing out free bike helmets while supplies last. The event is mostly under tents and held in rain or shine.
