Latino culture continues to influence Kingston more and more, and those vibrant traditions will be on full display for the city’s inaugural Cinco de Mayo Festival on Saturday. Organized by The Kingston House of Culture, this festival will take over Henry Street to celebrate the rich Latino heritage of the area.
