Reformed Church of Saugerties offering service for those needing holiday support

Fall Festival at the Reformed Church of Saugerties

The Reformed Church of Saugerties will hold its Fall Festival on Saturday, October 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the church, located at 173 Main Street in Saugerties. The event will feature an indoor/outdoor yard sale, including household items, toys, books, furniture, mums and more.

Wear a mask and bring a bag for shopping. For additional information, e-mail refsaug@yahoo.com or call (845) 246-2867.

Saugerties Food Pantry seeks volunteers

The Saugerties Food Pantry needs volunteers to work every Thursday from 9:45 a.m. to 12 noon giving out food, bagging and stocking shelves. You must be able to lift 35 pounds. Training will take place on Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 8 p.m. To learn more, call Marilyn at (845) 246-6885.

Stamptrotters Stamp Club meets September 23

The Stamptrotters Stamp Club will hold its auction meeting on September 23. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. for display and view, and the auction will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the VFW at 30 Elizabeth Street in Red Hook.

The meeting is open to all ages, single stamp to small collections. For additional information, call or text (845) 681-9837.
