SHOKAN…. Patrice Putnam, 70, of State Rte. 28, died Sunday, July 11, 2021 at the Bon Secours Hospital in Port Jervis. Born November 4, 1950 in Brooklyn she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Clarice Leavy.
She was a creative loving spirit that inspired many to make the best of life no matter the struggles. Loving mother of three children, Ezra, Lucas and Teresa. Tricy, her preferred nickname, is how many knew her in the various kitchens she worked throughout Ulster County and San Francisco Bay Area, making memorable meals. She loved living in France with her sister Laura, brother in law Alain, and nephew Damien; as well as time living with her sister Holly and her nephew Lee. She was a caregiver to many, young and old, who all remember her as a very special person. Her art was unique and beautiful, just like she was.
Tricy is survived, and will be forever remembered by her daughter Teresa, son Lucas, and her two grand children Homer and Matilda of Kingston. Her services will be held privately. Arrangements were under the direction of the Gormley Funeral Home.
