According to a statement released today by New York State Police, Kingston resident Garrick E. Martino, 37, was arrested on Jan. 28 with assistance from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force on charges of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, a felony.
Police said, “Martino is accused of possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation. The arrest followed a months-long investigation that began after a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). On August 13, 2025, investigators executed a search warrant at Martino’s residence in Kingston.”
The suspect was processed at the Kingston barracks of the State Police and has a ticket to return to court on Feb. 2.
