Antoine M. Buchanan, 39, of Brooklyn, was arrested Jan. 14 after police said he was found in an adjacent jurisdiction with proceeds from a larceny that had just occurred in the Town of Ulster. Investigators allege he worked with another person to steal more than $1,000 worth of property from a commercial business. He was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and fifth-degree conspiracy, a misdemeanor, and was remanded to the Ulster County Jail on bail.
Deborah A. Deangelis, 59, of Kingston, was arrested Jan. 9 after police said she was found unconscious in the driver’s seat of the vehicle she was operating. She was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
Michael A. Douglas, 45, of Kingston, was arrested Jan. 10 on an arrest warrant for petit larceny stemming from a 2025 incident, police said. He was processed and turned over to the Ulster County Jail to await arraignment.
Anthony S. Williams, 65, of Kingston, was arrested Jan. 11 after police said an investigation found he violated an active order of protection by contacting the protected party. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and was turned over to the Ulster County Jail to await arraignment.
David A. Brown, 35, of Kingston, was arrested Jan. 13 on a bench warrant for petit larceny tied to a 2025 arrest, police said. He was processed and turned over to the Ulster County Jail to await arraignment.
Maritzalin V. Valdez, 37, of Kingston, was arrested Jan. 15 on a bench warrant for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance stemming from a 2025 arrest, police said. She was processed and turned over to the Ulster County Jail to await arraignment.
