Honky tonk Wednesdays has returned to the VFW Hall in Kingston

Honky tonk music and dancing has officially taken Ulster County by storm. You can catch it any number of places, including where you’d expect it (rustic roadhouse joint Outpost BBQ in Kerhonkson) to where you might not (queer-friendly Unicorn Bar in Kingston). One of the hottest tickets from last year has returned – Honky Tonk Wednesdays at Rice Hall at Kingston’s VFW on East Chester. Led by The New Original Locals featuring Cindy Cashdollar, dance lessons start at 6:15pm for the uninitiated, and boots start scootin’ to live pickin’ around 7:15pm.
