Saugerties Sunset Concert Series brings live music to town on first Fridays from June to September

This summer, the Saugerties Chamber of Commerce will put on four concerts under the best stage lighting available: the sunset. On July 5 it’s Marc Delgado and Michele Gedney, July 4 features Allie Chip and Tyler Dezago, and August 1 sees Kevin O’Connell and The Hardwoods take the stage. All those shows are at Tina Chorvas Park (or Cantine Pavillion in case of rain). The final show on September 5 with Don Sparks and Dorraine Scofield will be held at The Kiersted Dutch Barn. And that’s not all – a summer street art event titled ‘Barkin’ Around Saugerties’ will display 35 artist-painted wildly imaginative renderings of dogs from Memorial Day to Labor Day, culminating in an auction at SPAF on September 14.
