The Saugerties Police Department made two arrests this week in separate shoplifting-related incidents.
On Sunday, April 13, at approximately 1:52pm, officers arrested Amanda S. Coddington, 49, of Saugerties, following a shoplifting investigation. Coddington was charged with Petit Larceny and released with an appearance ticket for the Town of Saugerties Justice Court.
On Tuesday, April 15, at around 3:27pm, police arrested April Marie Sackett, 43, also of Saugerties, in connection with a separate complaint. Sackett was charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the 6th Degree. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
