Woodstock’s culinary scene has expanded its borders. Tibet Pho, a Tibetan-Vietnamese restaurant, celebrated its grand opening today at the Bearsville Center, on the corner of Wittenberg Road and Tinker Street. A spin-off of Pho Tibet in New Paltz, it offers a mix of Himalayan and Southeast Asian dishes.
The menu includes authentic, hearty meals like pho, banh mi, spring and summer rolls, salads, and Tibetan momos (dumplings), as well as shabtak (stir-fried beef brisket) and tingmo (steamed buns). There are also rice and vermicelli bowls with various proteins including exotic options like smoked duck breast and catfish. Beer, Vietnamese iced coffee, bubble tea, and other beverages are available.
Tibet Pho is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 12pm. to 7:30pm, offering dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
