Poughkeepsie resident Mariah Hyde, 34, was the victim of a fatal car crash in Marlborough on Saturday, Apr. 5 at approximately 5:22am.
State police stationed in Highland responded to the accident on Old Post Road to find a 2014 Kia Sorento impacted on a tree on the shoulder of the roadway. Hyde was the sole occupant, and was pronounced deceased at the scene after succumbing to her injuries.
Town of Marlborough police assisted at the scene.
