A Saugerties man was taken into custody by New York state police on Sunday, charged with a felony in connection with alleged repeated sexual acts involving a child under 11 years old, according to state police.
Dale Constable faces one charge of engaging in a course of sexual conduct with a child, as noted in the state police blotter. The arrest was made following a report received by state police earlier that Sunday. Officials did not immediately provide additional details regarding the case.
