Thirty of local outsider art icon Mark Hogancamp’s haunting and cinematic photographs will be on display for an opening reception at One Mile Gallery this Sunday, His meticulously crafted 1/6th scale WWII-era village, Marwencol, is an utterly unique exploration of trauma, healing, and personal strength. Alongside photos of the artist’s miniature alternate universe, visitors can marvel at “V’rella’s Rooms,” one of his detailed model buildings.
