Strike up the band—and the brush!—at Impressions and Reflections with Art, a unique collaboration between the Woodstock Symphony Orchestra and local artists, blending music and visual art in an immersive concert experience. Under the baton of Mina Kim, the orchestra will perform Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, accompanied by original artworks inspired by its ten movements, from Gnomes to The Hut on Hen’s Legs. The evening also features Faure’s Masques et bergamasques and Pavane, plus the professional premiere of Sinfonietta by Joseph “Joey” DeSanctis.
