The New Paltz Democratic Committee is seeking candidates for trustee on the village board. There will be two trustee seats available this election. If the village votes for dissolution, then the seats will be for a one-year term. If the village does not vote for dissolution, then the seats will be for a four-year term. As a trustee of the Village of New Paltz, a resident is afforded an opportunity to become more involved and to contribute to a unique village.
Any registered Democrat living in the Village of New Paltz who is interested in seeking the role is invited to contact NewPaltzDems@gmail.com and submit a letter of interest and cover letter. Letters of interest are due February 14.
