Spice up your kitchen skills by learning the traditional art of kimchi-making with the High Falls Food Co-op! Led by Ji Young Kim of Kimchi Harvest Kitchen and food activist Maria Reidelbach, this hands-on workshop teaches the basics of lacto-fermentation using organic produce from East Branch Farm. For $40, you’ll not only gain valuable techniques but also take home a half-gallon of your own kimchi. Just bring an apron, cutting board, and knives, and the rest will be provided. The class is limited to 30 participants, so visit highfallsfoodcoop.com to reserve your spot.
