It’s that time of year again to don the orange, white and green and pay tribute to Kingston’s strong Irish heritage with the annual Hooley on the Hudson celebration. This time around, there’s an even bigger focus on Irish music, with seventeen acts spread out across three stages. There will be a handful of food and item vendors to complement the Rondout’s already diverse restaurant and shopping scene. For the little ones, Play Haven will be hosting a free family fun day from 11am-5pm, featuring toys, crafts, facepainting and more. It all kicks off with a parade and an opening ceremony featuring the beloved Ulster County AOH Pipes & Drums Band.
