Hunter Mountain throwing 3-day 80’s-themed ski party

Anyone who frequents the snowy peaks of the Hudson Valley knows that the socializing and camaraderie is just as important as the actual skiing or snowboarding. “Après-ski” refers to the social activities and entertainment that occur after a day of skiing. The term is French, meaning “after ski,” and it’s all about enjoying leisure time following a day on the slopes.

This weekend, Hunter Mountain teams with The Wild Honey Pie and Glen Falls House to throw an 80s-themed, three-day après-ski extravaganza. This unique event blends exhilarating ski activities with a fun music lineup including Local Natives, Gus Dapperton and several other acts, amid day and night venues. Attendees can immerse themselves in diverse activities like yoga, breathwork, and sound baths, or indulge in culinary delights from various food pop-ups. Embrace the fun with an 80s ski costume contest, massages, astrology sessions, and more.
