You can’t travel on the Ulster County road system after 4 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14. At 9:22 p.m. on Monday evening, Ulster County executive Jen Metzger put travel restrictions into effect by executive order. All non-emergency vehicles on the Ulster County road system will be prohibited until further notice.
The edict doesn’t define what constitutes an emergency.
