Six candidates run for four open seats in New Paltz School Board election

Meet the candidates running in the upcoming New Paltz Central School District Board of Education election at a candidate’s forum on Monday, May 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the gymnasium of the New Paltz Middle School, located at 196 Main Street in New Paltz.

RSVP is required by May 9. To reserve an in-person or virtual ticket, visit https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ meet-the-board-of-education-candi[1]dates-night-tickets-153397589319.

The public is invited to submit questions to Laura Walls, the moderator, prior to the start of the event. In-person seats are limited and all Covid-19 regulations will be followed. Virtual participants may submit questions via a Google Form following registration.

The election and budget vote will take place on Tuesday, May 18 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. at New Paltz High School.
