The Ulster Police Department reports the arrest of Kingston man following an investigation into a physical altercation that occurred off of Washington Avenue near the traffic circle in the town of Ulster.
Arrested on July 15, 2019 at 5:49 a.m. was Guy D. Andradez, 59, who is homeless but previously from Bloomington, was arrested yesterday morning at 5:49 a.m. and charged with second-degree assault, a felony.
During the course of the fight, Andradez is alleged to have struck the other individual (victim) with a rock and frying pan. The victim was treated by medics from Mobile Life Support Ambulance and then transported to the Health Alliance Hospital, Broadway Campus, for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Andradez arraigned in the Town of Ulster Justice Court before Town of Ulster Town Justice Marsha Weiss and remanded to the Ulster County Jail. Andradez is to appear back in the Town of Ulster Justice Court on a future date.
