Saugerties New Year’s Eve ball drop

happy-new-years-HZTA New Year’s Eve Ball Drop in the village will be held Wednesday, Dec. 31 in the Reis parking lot, conducted by Mayor William Murphy and Police Chief Joe Sinagra. Live music by the band 90 proof starts at 11 p.m. Solo cups only for alcohol. The family event will include a performance at SebSi Studios on Main St. from 10:30-11 p.m. and Boy Scout Troop 36 will have beverages, noisemakers and donuts available for purchase. Participating businesses featuring specials and activities include Mirabellas, The Pig, The Dutch Ale House, Tango Cafe, Love Bites, The Exchange, Main St. Restaurant, Miss Lucy’s, Diamond Mills and Village Pizza.
