Rip Van Winkle hiking club schedule

  • Monday, Nov. 7: Shaupeneak Ridge, moderate hike of 3.5 miles, 3 hours. Meet at 9 a.m. Inclement weather date Monday, Nov. 14. For more information, call Bob at 246-4590.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 9: Tymor Park (Union Vale). Easy hike of 3 miles, 3 hours. Meet at 9 a.m. For more information call 758-6143.
  • Monday, Nov. 14: Red Hill Fire Tower picnic for all groups. Moderate hike of 4 miles, 4 hours. Meet at 9 a.m. Inclement weather date is Monday, Nov. 21. For more information call 246-8074.
  • Saturday, Nov. 19: Falling Waters. Easy hike of 3 miles, 3 hours. Meet at 10 a.m. For more information call 246-2945.
  • Monday, Nov. 28: Indian Head (3573’) and/or Twin (3640’) Mountains. Moderate hike, time and mileage dependent on chosen hike. Meet at 8 a.m. Inclement weather date Monday, Dec. 5. For more information call 246-8074.
