The Doghouse Gallery will present a reception for an exhibit of the works of Laura Katz and Ellen Perantoni on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 4-7 p.m.
Ellen Perantoni is known for her richly colored oils of Hudson Valley scenes after the manner of the Hudson River Valley school of painters. Laura Katz’s fine art collages are built on a thirty-year career designing wallpaper and textiles.
Through layering and collage, her works reference the passage of time. The exhibit will be open daily through Oct. 9. For more information, call Doghouse Gallery owners Tom and Peg Wright at 246-0402.
