Each week we use iContact to send a notification to all subscribers that the .pdf of the paper is uploaded. We also use iContact to send special section emails. The process is basically the same for each, though if you need to send a special section email, you’ll need to either temporarily delete some of the subscriber lists and re-upload them or we’d need to pay to increase the subscriber total. It’s also possible we might combine everything into one email program… but as of 6/24/20, we use two different ones.
Here’s the cover image/background design I’ve been using. Instead of doing it properly with .psd document I just paste the new one over the old. Of course, there’s no rule that says you have to use this background either.
