Subscription Information & FAQ

Let this FAQ page be a light to you in dark places, when all other lights go out.

 

1. Having trouble setting or resetting a password. 

  • To set a password, go to our login page and click “Set or reset your password”
  • Enter your username or email address and click “Get New Password”
  • You will then receive an email with a link to set your password. Click on the link after the words “To reset your password, visit the following address:”
  • This will bring you back to the login screen, with the option to set a password.

If you get stuck, use the form at the bottom of this page, and we’ll set you up with a password you can use in the meantime.

 


2. Your login page won’t accept my password and when I try to reset it, it won’t accept my new one either.

3. I’m a subscriber but I can’t view premium articles. 

If you’re a print subscriber, you’ll need to add Premium Web Access to your subscription to view these articles. Please use the contact form below to reach us and we can help you add it. (You could add it yourself on our subscribe page but if you contact us, we can apply the appropriate discount.)

If you’ve already signed up for Premium Web Access, make sure you’ve logged in to the site. A quick way to check the top menu of the site. Does it say “Log in” or “Log out” in the top menu on desktop, or at the bottom of the mobile menu? If it says “Log in” you’re not currently logged in.

 


 

4. My payment went through but I haven’t received any info on how to log in.

  • If you purchased a subscription on this page, you will have instantly received an email with login instructions.
  • If you made a contribution on this page, you will receive instructions from our staff. If you haven’t yet received an email, contact info@hudsonvalleyone.com or use the form at the bottom of this page.

 


 

5. How do I change my email address, street address, or password?

That information can be changed here.

 


 

6. Does Hudson Valley One offer a discount for seniors?

Yes, if you’re 65 or older, email info@hudsonvalleyone.com before your order on the subscribe page and we’ll send you a discount code.

 


 

7. I’m a print subscriber. How can I view the electronic version of my paper?

If you’re a print subscriber, you’ll need to add Premium Web Access to your subscription to view the e-paper. Please contact info@hudsonvalleyone.com to do so.

You can pay for your subscription using the following methods:
