Laura Jean Coffey, 67, of Rosendale, died Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Northern Dutchess Hospital.
Born in Kingston, she was a daughter of the late Harold & Marilyn Clarke Coffey.
Laura graduated from Suny New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts and graduated from the University of Albany with a Master of Social Work degree. She loved to read, excelled at drawing, painting with watercolors, and jewelry making.
Laura is survived by her partner, Bill McCann of Rosendale, her son, Sean Cynomon of Catskill, a brother, Steven Coffey and his wife, Carole of Greenville, NY, a sister, Lenore Modugno and her husband, Felix of Kerhonkson. Four nieces and one nephew also survive.
Funeral Service and interment for Laura will be held privately.
