Thank you for adding your event to HV1's print and online calendars!

Please read these guidelines before submitting your event:

All submissions are subject to editorial approval.
Your event should be in Ulster County or a bordering county.
Event submissions must be received no later than the Monday of the week of your event (our listings start Wednesday and end Tuesday).
To keep the calendar fresh, daily or weekly recurring events are generally not permitted.

Please note: Your enhanced listing must be purchased at least a week before your event, and will only run online and in print in the week directly preceding your event. Our newspaper is published on Wednesdays. If you'd like to advertise prior to the week of your event, contact our advertising department.
