Hilary Kobrinsky passed away June 2nd quickly and unexpectedly from natural causes.
She is survived by her husband Len, daughter Arielle, son-in-law Bryan, and granddaughter Evey. Her blended family also included step-children Marissa, Sophia, and Benjamin and his partner Kanoe and their daughter Keahi, She leaves behind her sister Maryn and cousins Judy, Willow, Sebastian, Camila, Monte and Margie Joffee and their family, all of whom she she loved dearly.
Hilary was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1950. She was the youngest daughter of Dorothy and Sam Schiffmiller. She resided in NYC until she moved to New Paltz with her then husband David Kramer and had their daughter Arielle in 1988. In 1995 she met Len and they combined their lives and families and spent 29 beautiful years together. She spent many years as an entrepreneur. She exceled at sales with Chronogram Magazine and later went on to start, with partners, her own magazine, InsideOut, which received much praise. Later in life she became a companion and caretaker for both children and elders.It brought her great joy and pride to care for them.
She brought everyone she cared for and all who knew her great joy, laughter, love and wisdom that was both rare and special. She will be missed dearly. We know now she is at peace and with us in spirit.
