Saugerties students of note

studentThe State University of New York at New Paltz announces the conferral of more than 100 graduate degrees following the conclusion of the spring 2015 semester. The following Saugerties residents are recipients of advanced degrees: Dorothy Lagana, master of professional studies in humanistic-multicultural education, general program; Dominick Gallo, master of science in education in special education, childhood education; Rebecca Fricke, master of science for teachers in childhood education; Robert Dietrich, master of science in mental health counseling; Maura Sabini, master of science in school counseling; and Francis Drumm, master of science in education in adolescence education, social studies.

The State University of New York at New Paltz announces the conferral of nearly 1,100 undergraduate degrees following the conclusion of the spring 2015 semester. The following Saugerties residents who received undergraduate degrees are: Jo Panke, bachelor of fine arts in ceramics; David LaTourette, bachelor of arts in history; Cody Van Loan, bachelor of science in general business; Laura Bender, bachelor of science in mathematics; Thomas Gregory, bachelor of arts in history; Joshua Snyder, bachelor of arts in French; Alyssa Moore, bachelor of science in early childhood and childhood education and Grace Moore of Glasco, bachelor of arts in communication disorders.

The College of Saint Rose in Albany named the following local students to the Dean’s List for the spring 2015 semester: Katelyn Noecker, Kevin Wood, Marilea Saxtan, Brittany Banks, Connor Hicks, Meghan Hook, Rains Jordan and Reagan Sottile.
