Vehicle break-ins

Town police are investigating a string of vehicle break-ins in both the village and the Barclay Heights area, police said Wednesday.
Police asked the public to secure property, lock all doors and windows on vehicles, secure their property and ensure street lighting is serviceable.
Anyone who knows anything about the thefts or sees suspicious activity is asked to call the Saugerties Police at (845) 246-9800.
