“It is with deep sorrow that we have learned of the passing of John Coutant, Town of Esopus supervisor, local businessman and friend. He was a committed long-time public servant and his dedication to his community was profound. On behalf of all Ulster County residents, we extend our sincerest condolences to John’s family, friends and the entire Town of Esopus.”
