Police said Taylor Barizone, 18, of Saugerties, lost control of her vehicle on Blue Mountain Rd. at around noon on Monday, July 15, crossing into a field and hitting several large boulders, rolling over and tumbling 90 feet down the embankment into the Plattekill Creek, ending up right-side up. Neither Barizone nor her 20-year-old passenger were hurt.
