Petitions to run for a seat on the Saugerties Village Board of Trustees are now available at Village Hall on Partition St.
There are three, two-year terms up for election, which will be held at the municipal building at 43 Partition St. on March 18.
Seeking reelection will be Donald Hackett and Vincent Buono, both running for their third term, and Terry Parisian, who will be seeking his second term. The three will be running as a team under the New Vision Party banner.
No one else has yet announced their intention to seek one of the three seats, however Marjorie Block, who ran an unsuccessful bid for a Saugerties town council seat this past fall, said she is seriously considering a run.
In order to run for office, an election petition must be returned to the village municipal building by Feb. 11 at 5 p.m.
